### What is Huggs?

Huggs is a virtual pet game designed for iPhone. It's the sister app to [Belly](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/belly-cute-virtual-watch-pet/id6748423428) (our Apple Watch game), offering a richer pet care experience with enhanced graphics, more customization options, and social features.

### Is Huggs free to play?

Huggs is completely free to play. Optional in-app purchases will only speed up your progress - nothing is paywalled.

### My steps aren't being tracked!

1. Go to the Health app on your iPhone.
2. On the Summary screen, tap your picture or initials at the top right.
3. Below Privacy, tap Apps.
4. You should see Huggs among a list of apps that requested access to Health data. Select Huggs and enable Steps.

### How is Huggs different from Belly?

While Belly is designed for quick, on-the-go interactions on your Apple Watch, Huggs takes advantage of the wider range of capabilities enabled by Apple on the iPhone. This means more social features, more customisation options, and stunning iPhone widgets. As the Apple Watch's development environment is not as well supported by Apple compared to the iPhone, we are able to add more features to Huggs than we are able to add to Belly.

### Will my progress sync between Belly and Huggs?

No. Belly and Huggs are separate apps.

### Do I need an Apple Watch to play Huggs?

No! Huggs is a standalone iPhone app. There is currently no Apple Watch companion app for Huggs. If you would like the Huggs experience on your Apple Watch, check out our other app, [Belly](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/belly-cute-virtual-watch-pet/id6748423428).

### Is Huggs available on Android?

No, Huggs requires an iPhone. Android is not currently supported.
